1.1Account records may include email, password hashes, username, Telegram account identifiers where linked, country, balances, transaction references, support conversations and activity timestamps. Never submit passwords or identity documents in ordinary chat.

2.1Market data comes from Binance for crypto and the external OTC Chart Engine for OTC. Cloud hosts application records. A complete processor, legal-basis, international-transfer and retention inventory is not yet verified.

3.1Request access, correction, deletion or privacy review through authenticated Support. Financial record and legal retention obligations must be assessed before deletion. A verified privacy contact and approved retention schedule are required.
