Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

1.1Deposits use the methods shown in the Deposit tab, including USDT BEP20/TRC20/ERC20 and Bitcoin. Only send funds to the address shown inside the app.

2.1Withdrawal requests use BEP20, a $20 minimum and a $5 fee. Total credited deposits below $50 AND balances below $50 allow direct withdrawal within available withdrawable funds, without a prior trade. Verification remains required. Otherwise the current system applies a fresh $200 deposit per request or ten qualifying referrals once.

3.1Contact authenticated Support for existing funds, disputed restrictions or a payment already sent. Include the transaction reference; never post wallet/private identity details publicly. Requests and payment confirmation are tracked independently; no certain payout time is promised.

4.1Actual received amounts, confirmation depth, transaction ownership, duplicate claims and reconciliation require verified evidence.
